Schroeder's state-of-the-art blending and filling systems assure consistency and minimize waste, while our in-house laboratory can provide product performance results and analysis on every batch of your product. In order to provide our contract packaging customers with the best service possible we've also assembled a strong management team who have many years of contract packaging experience in Extended Shelf Life (ESL), Ultra High Temperature ( Aseptic/ Tetra Brick, shelf stable), organic products, soy beverages, Short Time (HTST) products and related Quality Assurance programs. We are audited annually by the F.D.A., Cook and Thurber, A.S.I., Oregon Tilth and Orthodox Union. In addition to those extensive annual audits, the MN Department of Agriculture audits the company.
